Our guiding principle is a desire to help beef producers create a high yielding, low fat, medium framed animal with a minimum of waste.
We focus on structural correctness in the animals we produce as it is a key indicator of future beef production in both an individual and their subsequent progeny.

Keith and Sally Schnese have been raising beef cattle on the family farm for 30 years. They converted what was a dairy farm, with a long history, to a Piedmontese beef breeding stock operation. They have changed their focus over the years to an operation which specialized in Italian only genetics to one that now incorporates the best of
Keith and Sally Schnese have been raising beef cattle on the family farm for 30 years. They converted what was a dairy farm, with a long history, to a Piedmontese beef breeding stock operation. They have changed their focus over the years to an operation which specialized in Italian only genetics to one that now incorporates the best of the US beef industry genetics. Their young bulls are tested for performance at the Lone Creek Cattle Company testing station in Broken Bow, Nebraska that now incorporates the best of US Piedmontese genetics. Our bulls are raised on pasture, DNA tested, Registered, and given a Breeding Soundness Exam at the Lodi Vet Clinic. Ask about delivery from our pasture to yours.
